In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome displayed on the 3777cx platform, 3777cx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 3777cx will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server outages, or third-party software failures.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international test matches, ODIs, and T20 tournaments — are subject to additional sport-specific rules covering match abandonment, delayed starts, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, and player availability changes. Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets subject to availability. Bets placed during live in-play events are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets, with the additional condition that 3777cx may suspend or restrict markets at any time during an event without prior notice. You may close your 3777cx account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements, chargebacks, or fraud investigations are pending.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all bonus balances, promotional credits, and free bets will be forfeited immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.
